Definitions

• Company: Refers to ATC EVENTS (dba All Things Created), including any of its subsidiaries, associates, directors, employees, and agents.

• Customer/You: Refers to the individual or entity making a purchase from the Company.

•Product service. refers to any item or service provided but the company and sold to the Customer.

• Sales Channel: Represents any platform through which the Company's products/services are sold, including but not limited to the Company's website, mobile application, third-party marketplaces, or physical stores.

General Policy

All sales made through any of our sales channels are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless specifically stated otherwise or required by applicable law. This policy applies to all products and services offered by the company.

Exceptions

While the general policy is to offer no refunds, the following exceptions may apply:

• Defective Products: If the product delivered is found to be defective, the Customer may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to the Company's discretion upon validation of the defect.

• Service Non-performance: If a service has not been rendered as described or agreed upon, the Customer may be eligible for a replacement service, subject to the Company's review and approval.
